That's a leaf, that I cut into a heart-shaped pieceThis idea popped in my mind a few days ago... I love autumn so much, it's such a gorgeous season!

firstly, that leaf is MEGA bright and vibrant and I LOVE that.
The square crop works extremely well with this macro shot.
You've used the rule of thirds excellently here by placing the leaf to the top right corner and it creates a very aesthetically pleasing shot although perhaps placing it slightly more to the right in the shot so that the corner is almost in line with the centre vein of the leaf.
You've cut the leaf extremely well with the main 'vein' going right down the centre .. I would've probably made a complete mess of it myself
oh, and the bokeh is beautiful!
A few things could be slightly modified though:-
Although I actually kinda like the dirt on the window in one way I also think it would look lovely without it so perhaps try to get as clean of a window space as possible next time.
Also there is a small space of very harsh white within the bokeh background and it just doesn't look that nice in amongst all the beautiful greens and blues so perhaps the use of the clone tool could work well to blend the greens in and create new bokeh for that area.
Also I think a slightly higher shutter speed could've been used to slightly darken the overall image and then curves tool used to brighten the green and blue tones in the background as they're ever so slightly flat here
All in all though this is lovely and you can tell that this is a nature loving concept, it's a shame that the background tree doesn't also have some lovely autumn tones but overall- BRAVO

I absolutely love autumn too! The oranges are so vibrant. They definitely represent autumn the best. The slight bokeh is nice in the background, however I really dislike the obvious lack of cleaning on your window. The dust speckles and stains on the window make the photo seem quite unflattering and the photo would be much more gorgeous with a smooth clean window pane.
I had an idea like this once but I thought I'd seen it too often which brings me back to originality, not so original, but you added your own touch of the orange leaf representing autumn so I like that. I like that! Also, the clear thingy you used to attach the heart-leaf to the wall is visible. Another note, is I like how the leaf is darker orange to a light yellow from the bottom to top in terms of the leaf's color.
The composition is okay. It's a nice place to put the heart but I feel as if it could be better. I also like how the blurred tree is in the background. Autumn is mostly about leaves falling off trees so the tree is a good touch however I wish the tree had orange/red/yellow leaves. The green leaves really put me off and make me think: how does the tree represent autumn?
Perhaps some editing would do the photo good. You could add some warmer tones to really give the viewer a feel for autumn. Another point I'd like to point out is your watermark is quite visible and distracting. The font is hard to read in my opinion so if you used simpler fonts and a bit more faded and smaller, then the photo might be a bit more appealing.
This picture caught my eye because I thought I'd seen it before. So again not so original. But overall, nice image, beautiful colorful colors. 7/10 because it's so common but I still like the colors even though they're not very autumn like except for the leaf.
The dirty window was actually on purpose but I agree with you, next time I'll avoid that
Actually that is an ever green tree, I chose the background also because I thought it would make a nice contrast with the orange leaf. But I love red trees as well, I will try with them this autumn, if I can
